Cultures-Uganda
Aspiring film-makers, are going to be sent to San Luis Potosi, Mexico to capture'Dia de los Muertos" one of Mexico's most colourful and celebrated holidays. On assignment they will be mentored by veteran film-maker and director Brian Rapsey.
On needs to be available in Mexico from October 30- 10 November 2014 to participate in this assignment.
Application deadline is 17th September.2014.
