Dans Kaboul de nos jours, une mère abandonne son bébé dans un taxi. Le chauffeur se retrouve avec l'enfant sur les bras et ne sait qu'en faire. Et comment reconnître et retrouver la mère quand toutes les femmes portent la burqua ? Un beau film sensible et drôle, héritier du néoréalisme italien.
