The Luxor African Film Festival is organized by the foundation "Independent Shabab Foundation" (ISF), a non-profit civil organization. The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Governorate of Luxor.
