Show casing and promoting Short films and photography projects by Tanzanian Film makers and photographers by letting the audience interract and give feedback.
*Emerging Filmakers and photographers are highly encouraged to submit their projects
-Film projects should not exceed 10 minutes
-Photography projects should be of 20 photos.
* All submissions should be made at Culture and Development East Africa offices mikocheni B.
