The first time Superior crossed paths with Sparrow was at the tender age of 17, in 1955 at none other than Dirty Jim's Swizzle Club. Half a century later,they are reunited on this album, where superior pays hommage to Sparrow in the sweetest possible way, with his rendering of "Jean & Dinah". Lord superior is the guardian of calypso 's legacy and culture.
