Yoga is the physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline that aims to transform body and mind. Originally from India, yoga has since the 1980s conquered the world and is also increasingly practiced in Africa, including in Uganda.
During the Bayimba International Festival festival audiences will have a chance to get a taste and feel of yoga through the beginners classes on offer. Join and experience it for yourself. Namaste!
