Senior Lieutenant Nicki Ziegler, officer in the German military police, is sent on a foreign deployment to Bukavu in Congo to support a peacekeeping mission of the UN. Together with her colleague, she is supposed to clear up the suicide of soldier René Wenz, unable to handle his disturbing experiences in the Black African conflict area. But when Nicki discovers an obscure video, his death appears in a different light: Nicki suspects murder, not suicide...
