Aby, a young Senegalese, lands in Abidjan to discover Côte d'Ivoire, with her Ivorian husband Henri and their 15-year-old son Milel. A few hours after their arrival, Henri is found drowned. Suicide, assassination? Aby decides to stay in Abidjan to find out the truth, in particular by introducing herself under a false identity into the family of her late husband.
