Cultures-Uganda
This is a story of a young man returning to his home town to visit his father. Upon his arrival, he discovers the town is drought-stricken, with his father owning the only reliable water source around. This power has made his father a tyrant, and the young man now has to decide on how to deal with the issue at hand.
