Built on a great olive grove in the South of Marrakech, Oulad Moumen is the village where was founded the Edery family, in the first years of the century. The migration, first through Moroccan then World journeys, transplanted the members of this family, separated them, transformed and assimilated them to other cultures. Izza Génini, a film director, gathered them in Oulad Moumen, in the place of their origins. Through personal and historical archives as well as live shooting, the film OULAD MOUMEN describes the saga of this exemplary migration to which the multitude of scattered families may identify.
