Paresh Gondoliya (Patel) is an aspiring film maker who had a dream to produce and direct a film since his childhood. As a Ugandan of Indian origin, Paresh seeks to marry a Bollywood style approach to filmmaking with Ugandan creativity in order to produce a genre of film that reflects a hybrid film creative. His debut feature film titled Haunted House was shot in 2004. However, when he subjected it to some critical eyes, he got so discouraged by the comments that he decided to shelve it, to date. Had he released it, it would have been the first horror movie to be made in Uganda. Hi second attempt was the controversial film titled The Superstition (2013) which is about child sacrifice, a practice that had become so rampant in Uganda at the time of making the film. This film has been selected to feature in the 2014 UGU International Film Festival in Port Shepstone, South Africa.
