Cameroonian Film Director, Camera Operator, Instructor and Festival Director.
A young filmmaker specializing in documentary, Simon-Pierre BELL was currently a postgraduate at the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon, after he participated in several training courses in film writing and directing. He made several short films, among which "Paa Djadji", and "Bilim bi Jam" are the most striking ones. He also received the Special Prize by the jury of Ciné Sud France 2008 for his film "Bilim bi Jam". He coordinated the first edition of the international festival of documentary films in Yaoundé, ‘Images en Live'.
He passed away in September 2014.
